Returns & Refunds Policy
We only accept returns for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Because each product is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or personal preference.

Refunds
Once your issue has been reviewed and approved, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.

European Union 14-day cooling-off period
If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt.
However, this right does not apply to made-to-order or personalised items. As all of our products are created on demand, returns are only accepted for items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect.
