Thank you for shopping with Infinitees. As all of our products are made to order, please read our shipping policy carefully.

Production Time
All orders are produced and fulfilled by our print-on-demand partner. Please allow 2–5 business days for production before your order is dispatched.

Shipping Times
Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are:

UK: 3–5 business days
Europe: 5–10 business days
USA & Canada: 5–10 business days
Rest of World: 10–20 business days

Please note: Production time is separate from shipping time.

Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking details.

Multiple Items
Orders containing multiple items may be shipped separately and may arrive at different times.

Customs and Import Taxes
For international orders, customs fees, import duties, or taxes may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Delays
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control, including carrier delays, customs processing, or peak periods.
