Archaeology Weirdo Tee

The Archaeology Weirdo can become disproportionately excited by a tiny fragment of pottery that everyone else would mistake for a bit of broken plant pot. Often found kneeling in mud, filling in context sheets and insisting that where something was found is at least as interesting as the thing itself, this species has an unusual tolerance for dirt, meticulous recording and conversations about soil. Some of the elders in this species trace their original career plans to watching Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom, before discovering that archaeology involves rather fewer mine-cart chases and considerably more paperwork. Lovingly documented by the WEIRDO Field Guide Research Institute.

Featuring our signature hand-drawn stick figure style, the Archaeology Weirdo is shown in its natural habitat: trowel in hand, surrounded by the tools, finds and recording equipment required for the serious investigation of old stuff.

Double stitched on the neckline and sleeves for durability, and printed on premium unisex ring-spun cotton, this official piece of Field Gear has been approved by the WEIRDO Field Guide Research Institute. Suitable for muddy trenches, meticulous context sheets, becoming extremely excited about pottery fragments, and explaining for the fourteenth time that archaeology isn't actually like Indiana Jones.
